Colusa Industrial Properties

Colusa Industrial Properties is an industrial park located just south of the Colusa Golf course next to the Colusa Airport. This system is an aggregated system that was designed to offset all of the common area electrical usage at the park along with it’s water wells and office. It is a roof-mounted system using Canadian Solar panels and ABB inverters.

Our solar project operations manager, Daniel O’Connell, served as the industrial park owner’s consultant, assisting with system sizing and design. He also managed the RFP process, working with multiple solar contractors to select the builder.

Our Solar Operations Director, Kirk Short was the owner and founder of Elite Solar, who was the contractor that was awarded the contract and ultimate built the project for Colusa Industrial Properties. Kirk and Daniel worked together to commission and interconnect the project to the local utility. Elite Solar also performed the O&M services for the project.
