TYPE OF PROGRAM
The Renewable Energy Fund Program supports renewable energy projects throughout Alaska. Funding is available for projects ranging from early-stage planning and feasibility through final design and construction to reduce energy costs and increase the use of renewable energy.
FUNDING DETAILS
Maximum Award:
Up to $2 million per project in low-energy-cost areas
Up to $4 million per project in high-energy-cost areas
COST SHARE
No required match, although matching funds are encouraged and considered during project evaluation
